Pricing

Parish Online is a subscription service and charged based on the population size of your Council

  • Annual subscriptions range from £28 to £2,800
  • If the District or County Council that your Parish Council is within has subsidised or paid for the cost of Parish Online, then you can sign up to Parish Online at no cost to you. You may also have access to additional mapping datasets direct from the District or County
  • Find out the annual subscription for your Council

A number of extra features can be added to your Parish Online subscription:

  • Public Map (£50 per annum):  Publish maps from Parish Online onto your website in an interactive map. Share plans, consultations, planning applications and proposed neighbourhood plans to engage and involve the public in Council matters
  • Read-Only Users (£25 per annum for 2 extra users):  Share your Parish Online account with your colleagues without compromising your maps and information
  • Travel Time (£200 per annum): Produce highly accurate travel times from a location for driving, public transport, cycling and walking. An essential tool when producing neighbourhood plans to validate travel time instead of distance
  • Training: The Parish Online team are able to provide on-site training to groups of Councils around the country. We can work with the Society of Local Council Clerks (SLCC), District and County Councils, Regional Associations of Local Councils (ALCs) or consortiums of individual Councils to arrange a training day

Parish Online has proved to be invaluable, not only for my day to day work as a Clerk, but more recently in the preparation of our Neighbourhood Plan.
